Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kp33" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the kp33 online gaming platform operated at kp33.vu, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on kp33.vu or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming, betting, wallet, and loyalty services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any bonus funds held within a Player's kp33 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other non-cash promotional balances credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which kp33 confirms a Player's identity, age, and location using government-issued documentation including the Pakistani CNIC.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager (in eligible games) before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the kp33 Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using kp33.vu in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the kp33 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and kp33.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kp33 Platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact support to request its closure.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. kp33 will notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via the registered email address or in-platform notification, but it is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on kp33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. kp33 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process using your valid Pakistani CNIC.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities may not register an Account.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process.
4. You must not already hold an active or previously suspended kp33 Account. Each individual is permitted exactly one Account on the Platform.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on kp33 or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.
6. You must be accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.

kp33 may request additional identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your kp33 Account. This includes all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and any other transactions made using your Account credentials, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You must keep your Account login credentials — including your password and 2FA verification codes — confidential at all times. You must not share your Account access with any other person. kp33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify kp33 support immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kp33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available from your Account security settings.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• kp33 provides a configurable session inactivity timeout (default: 30 minutes) which will automatically log out your session after the configured period of inactivity.

kp33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account access if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. Suspended Accounts will be notified via the registered mobile number or email address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kp33 processes all Player financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported on the Platform:

The minimum deposit on kp33 is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier under the Loyalty Program — Bronze tier players have a standard daily withdrawal limit of Rs 50,000, which increases progressively through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed full KYC may be required to complete verification before the first withdrawal is processed. kp33 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above threshold amounts as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and reversal of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

kp33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and Loyalty Program rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless otherwise explicitly stated. Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 45x the bonus amount. Game contribution rates apply: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets contribute as stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Standard bonus validity is 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.
• kp33 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or modify any promotional offer at any time, including after the offer has been accepted, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active Bonus Funds. The standard maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 500 per spin or hand. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Cashback bonuses credited under the kp33 Loyalty Program carry no wagering requirement for Gold tier and above, as specified in the Loyalty Program terms.

Players may forfeit any active bonus at any time via Account settings, after which the bonus balance will be removed and any remaining real-money balance becomes immediately withdrawable. Forfeiture of a bonus is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Gaming Rules

kp33 offers casino games provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Ezugi, and other certified providers. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All casino games on the kp33 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.

• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game server. Technical errors on the Player's device (including disconnections) do not entitle the Player to a refund of wagers placed in completed game rounds.
• In the event of a genuine technical malfunction in the game software, affected wagers will be voided and stakes refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• kp33 reserves the right to void game outcomes where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, collusion, or any other form of cheating, and to recover any winnings obtained through such means.
• Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments. Live game rules are governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface and applicable provider policies.

Sports Betting

kp33 offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, international T20I, Tests, and ODIs), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform from time to time. All sports bets are subject to the following general terms:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• kp33 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional delay between placement and confirmation to account for live data feed latency. kp33 is not responsible for in-play bet refusals that occur due to events taking place during this delay window.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before completion will be voided and stakes returned, unless a specific minimum criteria for settlement is met as stated in the relevant sport's betting rules.
• PSL and other cricket matches interrupted by weather or other factors will be settled in accordance with Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable, following official match result confirmation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. kp33 may apply individual account-level betting limits in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

kp33 reserves the right to void any sports bet and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence that the outcome was influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or insider information, and to report such suspicion to the relevant sporting authority.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on kp33, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using false identity documents or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in a manner that is not permitted by the game rules.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage or to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game operation.
• Colluding with other players in live games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance (known as "bonus hunting"), or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process illegal transactions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kp33 staff or other players via support channels or in-game chat.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kp33 Platform — including the kp33 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kp33 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kp33 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from kp33.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use kp33's brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any external communication without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror the kp33 website on any other website without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of kp33 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

kp33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

kp33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any interruptions, errors, or downtime.
• Losses incurred through gambling on the Platform, including losses resulting from adverse game outcomes, sports betting results, or Loyalty Program changes.
• Delays or failures in payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banks.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, internet failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or cyberattacks beyond kp33's reasonable control.

In no event shall kp33's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Responsible Gaming

kp33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform is intended as entertainment for adults. kp33 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and provides the following tools to all Players via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, you will be prevented from placing further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your session activity, including time played and net win/loss.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed and you will be prevented from registering a new Account.

Termination

kp33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policy.
• kp33 detects fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct on your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• kp33 is required to terminate your Account by regulatory or legal authority.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, kp33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation. If termination is not for cause, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 14 business days.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting kp33 support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method after processing.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the kp33 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kp33 operates its international gaming license, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with kp33 support by submitting a formal complaint via email to [email protected]. kp33 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with kp33, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments to Terms

kp33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kp33 will notify registered Players via the registered email address or by displaying an in-platform notification upon next login.

Continued use of the kp33 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via support.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent version. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
